Welcome to Spectrums, a comprehensive network where individuals compile their online presence and all forms of contact onto one easily shareable and accessible page.

Your privacy is our highest priority, and unless otherwise stated to be public, we assure you that all of your personal identifiable information we collect, track, store and/or use will be considered extremely sensitive and therefore will be kept confidential. Our goal is to make your user experience as safe, secure and enjoyable as possible. This Privacy Policy agreement was created to outline specific details regarding the manner in which we collect, track, store and/or use your personal identifiable information and content. This Privacy Policy “Agreement" has been designed in consideration with Spectrums Inc. and all of its services and does not represent, condone or endorse the privacy actions or practices of any related third-party networks, websites, applications or companies affiliated with Spectrums Inc.

With your continued use of the Spectrums website at www.spectrums.me ("Spectrums site") or any Spectrums mobile application (e.g. Spectrums iOS, Spectrums Android) ("Spectrums App"), Spectrums Web Application and Spectrums mobile web, which are provided by Spectrums Inc., you hereby warrant that you have read, agreed and accepted, without limitations or exceptions, to the details outlined in this Privacy Policy Agreement as well as the Terms of Service Agreement. 2. Types of Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data (collectively, referred to as “Data”):

  • (a) Personal Data is data that allows someone to identify or contact you such as your name, address, phone number, email address and any other non-public information about you. When registering or editing a Spectrums account, we utilize your phone number or Facebook or to verify that the registering party is a real individual. The Personal Data collected from you belongs to Spectrums, and some of that information such as your name, age, gender, city you reside in and occupation and interests may be visible on your Spectrums profile and/or used to facilitate the Search tool and Explore page. We may share this information with participating networks, affiliates, websites, apps and/or companies to offer the opportunity to enhance your Spectrums experience.
  • (b) Anonymous Data is data that is not connected or linked to your Personal Data and does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. This data also includes messages that are sent between users, to which Spectrums is not affiliated and does not endorse, condone, warrant, support, or represent any ‘Data’ that you or others may add and share on the platform.
  • (c) Public Data means specific data about your profile that is intended to be, but not necessarily displayed publicly such as name, age, city/location, occupation, about, applications, networks, websites, interests, email, phone number and SID (Spectrum ID).

2.1 Profile

Spectrums uses phone numbers, emails or social media accounts to authenticate each user. Upon registration, you will receive a number known as your Spectrum Identification, your (SID), that is unique to you. Sharing this number with others will make your spectrum of networks instantly accessible through the Spectrums website and/or Spectrums’ mobile applications. We may collect Personal Data from you such as your photo, name, location, age, occupation, about, interests, links that associate networks, websites, applications, companies and any other information you voluntarily add to your profile on the Spectrums website or is generated by your use of Spectrums.

2.2 Feedback/ Support

If you provide us with feedback or contact us via email for support at info@spectrums.me, we will collect your name, SID and email address as well as any other information included in the email, to respond to you effectively. For technical support, we may request additional information from you.

2.3 Sharing your Spectrums ID (SID)

You can share your Spectrums profile to any application, website or network. In doing so, you've made connecting to others and increasing engagement across your digital portfolio easier, more effective and complete.

3. Information Storing

Spectrums uses Amazon Web Services and MongoDB for storing, processing and transferring Data, content and information. Amazon has multiple data centres located in different countries around the globe.

3.1 Device information of data collected via Technology

We will collect an ID that is unique to the mobile device (Device ID) on which you installed the Spectrums application. For example, if you installed Spectrums on your iPhone, we store your UDID (unique device identifier). We may create a hashed version of your device ID and use it to log you into your account. We may store your device ID and/or your hashed device ID with other information we collect about you such as your profile information, networks in your spectrum and messages to maintain backend organization and troubleshooting in the event of any issues.

3.1 Spectrums

Spectrums may use cookies to enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tell us how and when you use Spectrums services. A cookie is a small amount of information that is stored in your web browser, which may contain information about you and the way you use the internet and services like Spectrums. We use cookies to identify our users, provide automatic login, and to personalize your Spectrums experience. We may also embed cookies in emails to help us measure when emails have been opened.

You can turn cookies off in your web browser, but if you do, Spectrums may not work correctly, and in some cases, you may not be able to log into Spectrums at all.

It is important to note that any other third-party services and websites may place cookies in your browser. Our privacy policy only covers the use of Spectrums cookies and not cookies used by third party applications.

4. How Collected Information is Used

4.1 General use of your Personal Data.

We use your Personal Data in the following ways and as described elsewhere in this privacy policy: 1) to identify you as a member of Spectrums service; 2) to continually enhance and improve our service; 3) to provide the services you request; 4) to respond to your inquiries related to support, abuse, employment, disputes and any other requests; 5) to provide you with promotional and personalized offers to enhance your online experience. We will make a conscience effort only to show you what we would want to see ourselves.

4.2 Creation of Anonymous Data.

We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance our service. Spectrums reserves the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties at its sole discretion.

5. Disclosure of your Personal Data

You understand that when you use the Spectrums website and app, as a default, your profile information defined above is public and other users of the Spectrums website and app can see your Spectrum page. Do not include private information on your profile that you do not want to be viewed publicly. You can choose to add all your networks but choose some to be public or private. By agreeing to this policy, you are giving consent to the disclosure of your profile information as described above.

6. Affiliates and Acquisitions

We may share or sell some or all of your Anonymous Data with, but not limited to, our partner companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures and/or other companies under the common control (Affiliates) in which case we will require our Affiliates to honour this privacy policy. If another company acquires our company, business, or our assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this privacy policy.

7. Changes to your Personal Data

You may change specific fields of your profile information by editing your profile on the Spectrums platforms. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, but please note that we may be legally required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain period, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may keep your SID, hashed SID, and your usage history (networks and directory) for administrative purposes.

8. Security Measures

Spectrums Inc. is committed to creating a safe and secure environment. We have implemented various measures to minimize security risks, misuse and misrepresented information that we have direct control and access to. However, through our efforts, we cannot guarantee that all the measures in effect will 100% protect you against third party individuals, companies or hackers from illegally gaining access and possession to your personal and confidential information. If you feel that you have been a victim of such events or are aware of malicious activity including fake Spectrum accounts, we kindly ask you to report this issue to info@spectrums.me immediately.

9. Privacy Policy Modifications

Spectrums, in its sole discretion, reserves the right, at any point, to modify, change, add or delete any portion(s) or section(s) of this privacy policy agreement. The most current version of this privacy policy agreement will govern the manner in which Spectrums promotes and enforces their privacy practices. All modified, changed, added or deleted information from this agreement will be posted here and communicated by email to all Spectrums users and/or demonstrated the next time they visit Spectrums. If at any point, without exception or limitation, you do not agree and accept these changes, we kindly ask you to stop using the Spectrums services immediately. By your continued use you accept and agree to the changes. We will do our best to inform you of changes, but please check back frequently for any modifications.

10. Special Cases

We have demonstrated that personally identifiable information, content or user networks will be maintained in our database and kept private; however, we may, with a reasonable doubt provide such information to satisfy laws, privacy regulations and other authoritative governmental requests.

11. (SID) Purchases

Any personal or banking information shared during the purchase of a (SID) or any other service such as a Premium Spectrums account will be shared with our third-party payment processing service, Stripe. Any exchange of personal information with Stripe will not be shared with Spectrums and will follow the industry standards for third0-party payment gateways.
